My role is to push your thinking, help you get unstuck, and move you toward action—and just as importantly, to recognize and champion your growth every step of the way. Leadership is hard. You don't have to do it alone.

My story

My story begins when my parents immigrated from the Philippines to Rhode Island in search of a better life. They were not chasing a dream. They were building one. Their work ethic, humility, and quiet resilience shaped how I see the world and how I choose to lead in it.
Today, I am a husband, a father, and a leader with over two decades of experience in higher education. My career has been rooted in student affairs, campus recreation, and wellness, where I have spent my time helping students and staff find clarity in their purpose, confidence in their leadership, and courage to grow.
Here is the truth. I was once skeptical of coaching. It seemed too soft, too vague, or too focused on feelings without action. However, over time, I realized that the most impactful leaders are those who are willing to do the inner work. Coaching helped me become more grounded, more intentional, and more connected to who I am and how I lead.
Now I help others do the same. I am a certified coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation. However, more important than my credentials is how I present myself. I meet people where they are with honesty, care, and a commitment to their growth. No fluff. No hype. Just real conversations that help you move forward.
If you are skeptical, I get it. I have been there. And that is exactly why this work matters.

Who do you coach?
I enjoy working with people and leaders who are curious to learn, can stretch out of their comfort zone, and have a growth mindset.
What are your rates?
Great question! Let’s set up a free sample session to see if we have a good coach-client fit and we can talk about rates.
What’s our plan for meeting?
That depends on you. If you are in the Maryland, DC, or Northern Virginia area, I’m happy to meet you in person if you are comfortable. Other options are on virtual platforms or by phone. Your choice!

Why should I hire you as my coach?
The simple answer. You don’t need a coach if you are living and leading a well-lived life. Hiring a coach means you are ready and committed to making changes for yourself. If you are saying YES to creating a new story for yourself, then hiring a coach may be a path forward for you.
